Alice’s practice focuses on litigation. Prior to joining Shapiro Arato Bach, Alice worked at a nonprofit devoted to economic justice litigation and as an associate at a premier class action firm. Alice also clerked for a federal district judge and a federal appellate judge.

- Briefed, argued, and won complete dismissal of fraud claims against family members of a high-ranking foreign political official.
