Partner Alexandra Shapiro Publishes Article in Columbia Law Review Tribute to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

On April 14, 2021, the Columbia Law Review published an In Memoriam issue dedicated to the legacy of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The issue included pieces by Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Breyer, former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, and various other prominent judges, lawyers and academics, including Partner Alexandra Shapiro, who clerked for Justice Ginsburg on her first year on the Supreme Court, October Term 1993.

Alexandra’s Article is entitled, “Reflections on Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her Approach to Criminal Law and Procedure” and appears in Volume 121 of the Columbia Law Review, page 669. Associate Amelia Courtney Hritz provided legal research and helpful comments on the Article.
