Marc E. Isserles Launches Mediation Practice
Partner Marc E. Isserles is now offering services as a commercial mediator as part of his practice at Shapiro, Arato & Isserles LLP. Mr. Isserles recently joined the mediation panels for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Supreme Court, Commercial Division for New York County, Kings County, Westchester County, and Nassau County. His mediation practice focuses on commercial disputes generally, with a particular emphasis on licensing, intellectual property, entertainment law, and breach of contract disputes.
