Cynthia Arato to Speak at Columbia’s Kernochan Center’s Annual Symposium
On Friday, October 19, 2018, Cynthia Arato will speak at the annual Kernochan Center for Law, Media and the Arts Symposium at Columbia Law School. The day-long conference is titled ‘Owning Personality: The Expanding Right of Publicity’, and will feature a variety of panels addressing the complex history and normative goals of the right of publicity.
Cynthia will be addressing how the right of publicity intersects with other areas of the law.
